FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide practical, friendly help within an international team.

Relocation is covered, with flight tickets and accommodation options. The role includes a monthly gross salary with accommodation at 1,500€ or 1,220€ without, plus health insurance and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions.
• Work as part of an international team.
