FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists. You will be the main contact for Dutch customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly, practical assistance as part of a global team.

Relocation is supported with a flight ticket and accommodation options. Salaries are €1,500 gross/month with accommodation or €1,220 gross/month without accommodation, plus private health insurance and bonuses in your monthly pay.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good level of English required.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping customers.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide friendly, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
