FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. You’ll help Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat, delivering friendly, practical assistance with day-to-day questions.

We offer relocation support, flight tickets, and accommodation options; you can work on-site in Lisbon or remotely within Portugal. Private health insurance and paid training are included, with monthly pay and additional bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to resolve day-to-day questions in an international team.
