Job summary

HHHub.eu is seeking a Compliance & Account Support Officer to join our international team. The role combines compliance duties with client-facing account support, reporting to the MLRO and collaborating with Account Managers on day-to-day client communications.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in compliance, strong KYC/AML experience, and excellent English and Russian language skills. This is a dynamic, multi-channel payments environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hands-on experience in a compliance role.
• Experience with KYC / customer due diligence and AML procedures.
• Experience reviewing PEP, sanctions and adverse media screening results.
• Experience in transaction monitoring and preparing analysis reports for an MLRO or compliance lead.
• Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Carry out and ensure compliance with the company's due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
• Review PEP, sanctions and adverse media screening results.
• Perform transaction monitoring and analysis for reporting to the MLRO.
• Carry out risk assessments and research into prospective clients.
• Respond to queries from colleagues about compliance with policies and procedures.
• Prepare documentation in line with business needs.
• Assist Account Managers with communication with corporate clients.
• Support daily account management activities.
• Answer customer queries in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
