Hummingbird Ventures invites a Regulatory & Compliance Manager to join its lean compliance function in Brussels. You will co-own the end-to-end framework and work hands-on with the Compliance Officer in a growing, international environment.

You will manage AML/CFT, KYC reviews, investor onboarding and regulatory reporting, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the Board. Fluent English and strong French and/or Dutch are required.

Qualifications

5–10 years of compliance/risk management experience in asset management or regulated financial services.
Direct AIFM experience is a strong asset.
Solid knowledge of AIFMD, AML/CFT, DORA and SFDR.
Experience managing regulatory relationships with FSMA or similar regulators.

Responsabilités

Own and continuously develop the firm's Compliance and Risk Framework as a licensed Belgian AIFM; include CMP, reporting and board reporting.
Track regulatory developments and implement new requirements from analysis to rollout.
Run AML/CFT activities including KYC reviews, onboarding, sanctions and PEP screening.
Act as primary point of contact with regulators; manage submissions and inspections.
Oversee outsourced service providers and ICT providers with risk assessment and monitoring.
Provide hands-on compliance support across fund operations and fundraising.
