Job summary

Jan De Nul Group is seeking a dedicated Document Controller for a Mons project. You will be the administrative link between the project team and the client, ensuring accurate document flow and timely information for stakeholders worldwide.

You will gain insight into large projects through meticulous document control, while coordinating with multiple departments and the customer to maintain order and clarity at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent.
• Very good knowledge of French; English is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel).
• A true team player with meticulous follow-up and strong coordination with project team and customer.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to internal and external users.
• Set up project environments (digital platform) after consultation.
• Maintain administrative procedures and manuals.
• File emails and documents.
• Check official documents and consult with involved departments.
• Register and send documents to the customer via document log.
• Communicate and exchange documents with customers via Aconex or ThinkProject.
