Jan De Nul invites you to join as Document Controller, serving as the fixed administrative link between the project team and the client from the project office in Diegem. You will set up project environments, file emails and documents, and ensure accurate document flow across platforms such as Aconex and ThinkProject in an international setting.

Starting March 2027, you will enter a permanent contract with a structured training trajectory through the JDN Academy and the FIT programme, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent follow-up and meticulous document management in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Providing functional support to users (internal and external).
• Setting up project environments (digital platform) after consultation with involved persons/departments.
• Maintaining administrative procedures and manuals; filing emails and documents.
• Checking official documents and internally consulting with involved departments.
• Registering and sending official documents to the customer via document log.
• Communication and exchange of documents with the customer via Aconex/ThinkProject.
