EY-Parthenon is seeking a Junior Consultant in Transactions and Corporate Finance to join our Belgium-based team. You will be staffed across sectors, engaging in due diligence, valuation, and M&A activities, while building a broad foundation in technical excellence and sector understanding. October 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering or Commercial Sciences.
• Strong team orientation and sense of responsibility.
• Strong affinity with AI and keen to apply AI trends in a professional context.
• Interest in transactions and corporate finance and ability to think in solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on companies and sectors in Belgium and abroad.
• Prepare prospecting materials and support pitches.
• Assist in due diligence, valuation, and M&A processes with the project team.
• Analyze balance sheet components and valuation issues to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support business decisions with smart financial modelling and scenarios.
