Qualifications

• 8+ years leadership in Professional Services or delivery
• 5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS
• Experience defining service offerings, pricing and repeatable delivery
• Commercial ownership beyond delivery, incl. pricing and expansion
• Strong AI-augmented delivery experience
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders clearly
• People leadership with HR partnership
• Operator-first mindset balancing strategy and delivery
• Strong revenue, margin and performance judgment
• Excellent communication skills

Responsabilités

• Lead a Professional Services org of engineers and delivery managers.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance: health, escalations, outcomes.
• Build AI-augmented delivery to accelerate execution and capacity.
• Develop repeatable, portable service offerings for enterprises.
• Own commercial performance: revenue, margin, pricing, expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope, price, and transition from sales to delivery.
• Set strategic direction for Professional Services within Customer Experience.
• Differentiate offerings with evidence of impact.
• Feedback loops with Product, Support, and Account Management.
• Represent Services with executives and customers on complex engagements.
• Coach and develop delivery professionals into leaders.
