Lever, Inc. is seeking a Director of Professional Services for WordPress VIP based in Belgium. The role is fully remote and focuses on leading migrations, implementations, and complex enterprise engagements with strong commercial ownership.

You will shape an AI-enhanced delivery team, build repeatable offerings, and drive revenue, margins, and expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Product, Support, and Account Management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services or delivery orgs.
• 5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers.
• Experience building a services portfolio with pricing and repeatable models.
• Commercial ownership with sales collaboration on scoping and pricing.
• Strong understanding of AI-augmented delivery models.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to executives.
• Proven people leadership and performance management skills.
• Operator-first mindset balancing strategy and delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead a Professional Services org including engineers and delivery managers.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance and customer outcomes.
• Build an AI-augmented delivery organization to accelerate execution.
• Define and price repeatable service offerings for enterprise clients.
• Own revenue, margin, pricing, expansion, and retention linkages.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope, price, and transition from sales to delivery.
• Set strategic direction for Professional Services within Customer Experience.
• Differentiate the services portfolio with proven customer impact.
