ING in Belgium seeks a Director Large Companies Antwerpen-Kempen to lead the Relationship Advisory Team and drive the BE Business Banking strategy in the East region. You will build top-client relationships, oversee omnichannel advice, and ensure compliance with ING's risk appetite.

Responsabilités

• Steer and develop the Relationship Advisory Team within the Antwerpen/Kempen region and build solid relationships with top clients.
• Ensure compliance with ING policies and risk appetite in all advisory activities.
• Focus on omnichannel advice delivery for the Relationship segment and translate vision into practice during transformation.
• Coach and guide teams through changes, ensuring effective execution of new ways of working, products, and channels.
• Collaborate across segments and products to optimize cross-bank collaboration and lead generation.
• Create positive visibility for ING in the Antwerpen-Kempen region through active stakeholder management and networking.
