You will coach Private Bankers, represent ING Private Banking locally, and coordinate with related units to drive commercial performance. Qualifications

• Leadership of a local team of around 6 private bankers.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Result-oriented with a strong commercial drive.
• Dutch speaking, with good knowledge of French and English.
• Strong ability to create business opportunities in the local market.
