ING Belgium seeks a Head of Business Development & Commercial Excellence to lead the Business Banking agenda and translate strategic priorities into integrated plans across segments, products and channels.

You will serve as the strategic voice for the independent-agent network, establishing governance, insights and enablement to drive growth while balancing entrepreneurial dynamics. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential to deliver measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in business development, commercial strategy or similar roles.
• Experience translating strategy into commercial plans and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Define and refine the development strategy and commercial roadmap.
• Orchestrate integrated go-to-market plans with Sales, Tribes, Product, Digital Sales & Adoption, Marketing and Data Analytics.
• Provide actionable performance insights to governance bodies and independent-agent network.
• Sponsor strategic workshops and translate outcomes into concrete initiatives and ownership.
