Job summary

ING Belgium is seeking a Director for the Private Banking House in Waregem to lead a local team of around 6 private bankers and drive the business locally.

You will represent ING Private Banking in the region, collaborate with business banking, agents and personal banking, and manage client portfolios to contribute to overall team results. Strong leadership, coaching, and fluency in Dutch, French and English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coach a local team of around 6 private bankers.
• Represent ING Private Banking locally, both internally and externally.
• Steer synergies with other departments and segments from your area: business banking, independent agents and statutory agents, personal banking.
• Be responsible for the commercial performance of your team.
• Manage a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the results of your team.
