ING Belgium is seeking a Director for the Private Banking House in Waregem to lead a local team of around 6 private bankers and drive the business locally.

You will represent ING Private Banking in the region, collaborate with business banking, agents and personal banking, and manage client portfolios to contribute to overall team results. Strong leadership, coaching, and fluency in Dutch, French and English are essential.

The Team

The private banking team zone West (East & West Flanders) consists of Private Bankers, Wealth Managers, Portfolio Managers, Commercial Account Managers, Directors of Private Banking Houses and Wealth and Analysis planners, all contributing to commercial success and Customer Satisfaction. The team is integrated in a global team of around 300 persons in Belgium, as part of our Universal Bank. ING Private Banking is managing the assets of 30,000 families in Belgium.
