Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Belgium seeks a Director of Brand Management for BELUX to lead strategy and execution for one or more major trademarks. You will translate global/Europe strategies into locally relevant plans, drive growth, and ensure flawless activation across channels.

You will lead a team, collaborate with bottlers, commercial and global partners, and own performance metrics including share and NSR. Fluency in English is required with French/local language also valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12 years of brand management or marketing leadership experience within FMCG.
• Strong experience activating global/OU strategies at the local market level.
• Proven success leading brand growth, complex projects, and crossfunctional alignment.
• Strong people leadership; experience managing Senior Managers/Managers.
• Expertise in brand strategy, IMX, media, insightdriven planning, innovation, and commercialization.
• Strong system leadership experience, ideally working with bottlers or franchise partners.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Local preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term and annual brand strategy for one or more trademarks in Belux.
• Develop annual brand plans across communication, media, digital, PR, shopper and activation.
• Manage innovation launches with cross-functional readiness and postlaunch reviews.
• Collaborate with Senior Dir Customer & Commercial, Channel Leads, bottler teams.
• Interface with EU OU Category Teams; feed Belux insights into global plans.
• Monitor brand performance across equity, penetration, value share and KPIs.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Senior Managers and Managers.
• Ensure governance, SRA & claims approval, legal compliance and sustainability.
