Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Belgium/Brussels is seeking a Director of Brand Management for the BELUX portfolio. This leadership role drives the brand strategy, leverages global and EU strategies, and leads a team to deliver brilliance in activation, innovation launches, and cross-channel execution.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, bottlers, and regional teams to ensure locally resonant plans that deliver growth, relevance, and commercial impact across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12 years of brand management or marketing leadership in FMCG.
• Proven ability to activate global/OU strategies locally.
• Strong people leadership and cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Local language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term and annual brand strategy for one or more trademarks in BELUX.
• Translate global strategies into locally relevant, insight-driven plans.
• Identify growth opportunities via consumer insights and trends.
• Develop plans to grow penetration, brand preference and market share.
• Coordinate annual brand plans across communication, media, digital, PR, and activation.
• Ensure unified execution of IMX, brand ideas, innovation, and media.
• Activate launches with readiness across packs, claims, and activation.
• Collaborate with customers, bottlers, and commercial teams to align priorities.
• Lead governance, planning processes, and measurement across channels.
• Coach and develop Senior Managers to build BELUX capability.
