Job summary

Digitribe is seeking a Programme Management Officer (PMO) to support a large-scale cloud transformation for a major financial services client in Belgium. You will govern, plan, report and manage budgets, risks and dependencies so the Programme Manager can focus on strategy and sponsors.

You will coordinate with Programme Manager, Project Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Change Managers, and Finance/FinOps teams to ensure timely delivery and value realization while maintaining

Responsibilities

• Run programme governance: steering committees, calendar and action follow-up.
• Own the integrated programme roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
• Maintain RAID and decision logs with owners and target dates.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reporting for execs and sponsors.
• Consolidate budgets, forecasts and actuals; flag gaps and risks.
• Track benefits, cloud adoption and cost savings.
• Coordinate evidence for internal audit and regulatory reviews.

Job description

Digitribe is looking for a Programme Management Officer (PMO) to join a large-scale cloud transformation programme at one of our clients, a major player in the financial services sector. You'll be the operational engine of the programme: you keep governance, planning, reporting, finances and risks under control, so the Programme Manager can focus on strategic decisions and sponsors.

The programme covers several streams: cloud migrations, technology foundations, cloud risk and resilience, non-technology foundations (people, process, FinOps), strategic cloud use cases and partner governance. You'll work closely with the Programme Manager, Project Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Change Managers, Finance/FinOps and Risk & Compliance.

Your role

• Run programme governance: steering committees, governance calendar, decision-ready materials, follow-up of actions and escalations
• Own the integrated programme roadmap, including critical path, milestones, bottlenecks and cross-stream dependencies
• Own the programme RAID log and decision log, and make sure every mitigation has an owner and a target date
• Produce monthly and quarterly reporting for the executive committee, the CIO, steering committees and sponsors
• Consolidate budgets, forecasts and actuals, and flag funding gaps and resourcing risks
• Build and maintain the end-to-end business case: investments, TCO, run costs, benefits, savings, and scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Track benefits and value realisation: migration progress, cloud adoption, cost savings, risk reduction
• Perform delivery health checks and challenge status and evidence
• Coordinate evidence for internal audit and regulatory reviews, including DORA
• Track commitments and joint initiatives with strategic technology partners
