Job summary

EY Consulting in Belgium invites you to shape the digital future of governments by leading transformation programmes within the public sector. As a (Senior) Manager you will define strategies, oversee delivery and realise change through technology, data and innovation.

You will collaborate with policymakers and senior stakeholders, supervise teams, and build lasting relationships while embracing AI trends and risk management across cloud, data and interoperability domains.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
5–10 years of relevant experience as a consultant, contractor or public servant.
Experience leading complex digital transformation and IT implementation programmes.
Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce or similar platforms.
Strong network within the Belgian public sector is an asset.
Fluent Dutch; English and/or French are advantages.

Responsibilities

As a (Senior) Manager, sell and successfully deliver digital transformation projects within the public sector.
Review and advise on IT processes including Data Management, Change Management and IAM.
Embed risk management into AI journeys for clients.
Assess cloud setups with focus on cost optimization.
Engage in new solutions and emerging technologies like Quantum Computing and AI.
Help clients develop Business Resilience through continuity and maturity evaluations.
