The role blends analytics and technical implementation, including managing data layers, tagging guidelines, and dashboards in Adobe Analytics. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate tracking, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality, with Content Square experience considered a plus.

A strong player in the telecom industry is looking for a Digital Analyst!

As a Digital Analytics Specialist, you will play a dual role: analyzing customer behavior to generate actionable business insights and ensuring robust technical implementation of analytics solutions across our websites and apps.

Analytics & Insights:

• Analyze user behavior and identify trends across websites and apps to support business decisions in pre-sales, sales, servicing, and support.
• Conduct proactive analyses to uncover optimization opportunities and improve digital performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Adobe Analytics to monitor KPIs and business objectives.

Technical Implementation

• Manage and maintain web and app data layers, ensuring accurate and consistent tracking.
• Translate business requirements into clear tagging specifications and data layer guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate tracking and troubleshoot issues.

Experience

• Senior profile with at least 5 years of experience in Digital Analytics.
• Proven experience creating dashboards and advanced reports in Adobe Analytics.
• Hands‑on experience providing data layer recommendations and working with tagging frameworks.

Technical Skills

• Expert in Adobe Analytics (including complex segments, calculated metrics, and advanced reporting).
• Ability to create and validate comprehensive tagging guidelines.
• Familiar with Content square for UX and behavioral analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Able to work autonomously with limited supervision.
