BASE is seeking a Digital Data Analyst to gather, analyze, and interpret customer data to guide our digital journey strategies. You will map end-to-end customer experiences, identify touchpoints, and visualize insights to support ecommerce and marketing decisions.

You will work with tools like Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Qlik, and Looker Studio, ensuring high-quality reporting while mentoring colleagues in data interpretation within a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with e-commerce, campaign and product teams to enable data-driven decisions.
• Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs for digital journeys and campaigns.
• Analyze customer data to map digital journeys and identify key touchpoints.
• Aggregate and analyze campaign data to inform actions for campaigns and media.
• Create and automate digital reports to ensure data quality and relevance.
• Train and advise stakeholders on building analytics reports and interpreting data.
