Nexeo is looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst - Expert to join a leading financial services organization within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and business-oriented professional who is passionate about supporting operational teams, facilitating change, delivering training, and continuously improving business processes. This role combines operational support, training, process optimization, and business representation in change initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a natural trainer and facilitator, capable of bridging the gap between business teams and analysts while ensuring successful adoption of processes, tools, and new ways of working.

Your Responsibilities

Facilitate the Business

• Provide day-to-day operational support through dedicated support channels.
• Assist business users in resolving operational issues and unblock activities when needed.
• Deliver onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
• Organize refresher training sessions based on business needs.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and support documentation.
• Support Team Leaders in coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Drive change management activities and ensure adoption of new processes and tools.

Optimize the Business

• Identify and implement quick-win improvement opportunities.
• Act as second- or third-line support for complex business cases.
• Analyze operational activities and identify areas for process optimization.
• Contribute to Lean process improvement initiatives.
• Improve business adoption and utilization of key tools, including Salesforce.
• Support reporting and dashboard creation.
• Assist data owners in maintaining high data quality standards across business systems.

Structure the Business

• Translate business processes into detailed operational work instructions.
• Maintain and continuously update process documentation.
• Review existing processes critically and propose improvements where relevant.
• Ensure consistency and compliance of operational procedures.

Support Business Change & Projects

• Act as Business Key User for assigned business domains.
• Gather, challenge, and formalize business requirements.
• Contribute to business case development and Request for Change (RFC) initiatives.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Functional Analysts throughout project lifecycles.
• Participate in prioritization workshops, sprint planning sessions, and stakeholder forums.
• Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate delivered solutions from a business perspective.
• Coordinate training and change management activities following project deployments.

Required Experience

Must-Have

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in a business support, key user, operational excellence, process improvement, or business enablement role.
• Experience within the financial services sector.
• Proven experience working closely with operational business teams.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business case development.
• Experience with Lean process analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with risk-based testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its different modules.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including:
