Editx in Brussels is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive global digital transformation initiatives. You will develop communication and engagement plans, map stakeholders, and advance adoption across IT projects, with a hands-on, proactive approach.

The role requires 3+ years in Change Management and IT project environments, strong ITSM knowledge, fluent English, and a bias for practical execution. Hybrid work with core onsite collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• Prosci ADKAR certification is required.
• 3+ years in Change Management, including communication planning, stakeholder mapping, and adoption strategies.
• 3+ years in IT project environments with digital transformation and system implementations.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management concepts and methodologies.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive hands-on approach to executing operational change activities.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

• You possess a mandatory Prosci ADKAR certification.
• You have 3+ years of experience in Change Management, specifically in communication planning, stakeholder mapping, and adoption strategies.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in IT project environments, focusing on digital transformation and system implementations.
• You possess knowledge of IT Service Management concepts and methodologies.
• You have strong relationship-building and influencing skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
• You're proactive and possess a hands-on approach to executing operational change activities.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience in a technical role such as an Engineer, Developer, or Domain Lead.
