Next-Link in Bruxelles, Belgium is seeking a Change Management professional to drive digital adoption and support transformation across the organization. You will support two Communities of Practice, combining Change Management with Digital/IT expertise, and help shape communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

The role covers both the Change Management Community and the Functional System Owner Community, focusing on embedding best practices and sustaining digital

Job Description

This role sits within the Digital Technology, Communication & Changeteam, whose mission is to drive digital adoption and support digitaltransformation across the organization.

The consultant will support two Communities of Practice:

• Functional System Owner Community

The role combines bothChange ManagementandDigital/ IT expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Change Management Community

• Maintain and enhance change management frameworks,methodologies, and toolkits.
• Support the growth and maturity of the community.
• Contribute to learning and capability-buildingjourneys.
• Capture and integrate best practices into existingmethodologies.

Functional System Owner Community

• Develop and execute communication plans.
• Coordinate training and engagement initiatives.
• Perform stakeholder mapping and impact assessments.
• Support organizational changes linked to digitalsystems and processes.

Requirements

Must Have

Strong Change Management experience, including:

• Communication planning
• Stakeholder mapping
• Training and adoption activities
• Change strategies and execution

Ability to interact with confidently both technical and businessstakeholders.

Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across allorganizational levels.

Practical, hands-on approach with willingness to drive operationalactivities.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as an Engineer, Developer,Domain Lead, or similar Digital role.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with AI, Power Apps, Copilot, orautomation initiatives.
• Experience building Communities of Practice.
• Experience supporting large-scale digitaltransformation programs.
• Experience in a global and matrix organization.
