V-IT NV is seeking an Infra - Digital Adoption & Change Enablement Lead to drive change management across global digital transformation programs. You will blend Change Management with Digital/IT expertise, lead communications, training, and stakeholder engagement, and partner with IT and business stakeholders in Belgium and beyond.

The role supports two Communities of Practice, operates in a hybrid model with regular onsite collaboration, and requires hands-on execution of operational activities

Qualifications

• Prosci ADKAR Certification (mandatory).
• Strong Change Management experience including comms planning, stakeholder mapping, training/adoption activities, and execution of change strategies.
• Solid Digital/IT background with experience in digital transformation projects, system implementations, IT project environments, and service management concepts.
• Ability to interact confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across organizational levels.
• Hands-on approach with willingness to drive operational activities.

Infra - Digital Adoption & Change Enablement Lead

Mission Context:

This role is part of the Digital Technology, Communication & Change team, which aims to drive digital adoption and support digital transformation across the organization. The consultant will support two Communities of Practice: Digital Change Management Community and Functional System Owner Community. The role combines both Change Management and Digital / IT expertise.

Department & Team:

The team currently consists of approximately four people. The consultant will work closely with the Hiring Manager, Community Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, future permanent hires, and various business and IT stakeholders across the organization. Stakeholders are mainly based in Belgium, although the scope of the role is global.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Change Management Community

• Maintain and enhance change management frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits.
• Support the growth and maturity of the community.
• Contribute to learning and capability-building journeys.
• Capture and integrate best practices into existing methodologies.

Functional System Owner Community

• Lead change management activities.
• Develop and execute communication plans.
• Coordinate training and engagement initiatives.
• Perform stakeholder mapping and impact assessments.
• Support organizational changes linked to digital systems and processes.

Typical Week Includes:

• Team and project meetings.
• Monitoring progress on communication and change plans.
• Interactions with subject matter experts, champions, and ambassadors.
• Preparation and facilitation of community events and workshops.
• Collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Coaching and supporting community members.

Profile Sought:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Management and exposure to Digital / IT projects. They should understand system implementations and transformation programs, possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and have a hands-on mindset with the ability to execute operational activities.

Must Have:

• Prosci ADKAR Certification (mandatory).
• Strong Change Management experience, including communication planning, stakeholder mapping, training and adoption activities, and change strategies and execution.
• Solid Digital / IT background, including digital transformation projects, system implementation, IT project environments, and service management concepts.
• Ability to confidently interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to drive operational activities.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience as an Engineer, Developer, Domain Lead, or similar Digital role.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with AI, Power Apps, Copilot, or automation initiatives.
• Experience building Communities of Practice.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Experience in a global and matrix organization.

Hybrid Working Model:

• Hybrid work model accepted.
• Approximately two days per week onsite on average.
• Flexibility expected depending on business needs.
• Some weeks may require increased onsite presence, while others may be fully remote.
