You will lead expediting activities, travel to suppliers, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with project teams, QA, and engineering to maintain schedule and cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of purchased materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with lead buyers, project teams, QA/QC, HSE and engineering to align on schedules.
• Travel to supplier sites for progress reviews and coordination.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions with suppliers.
• Mentor and provide managerial support to the Expediting Manager as needed.
• Evaluate supplier performance and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
