John Cockerill Energy is seeking a Deputy Expediting Manager to join the small expediting team within its international supply chain. You will support the Expediting Manager and travel to suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials for large-scale projects.

You will collaborate with lead buyers, project management, QA/QC, HSE, and engineering to align procurement activities with project milestones and contractual terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in expediting and procurement for international projects.
• Ability to follow contracts and ensure on-time delivery.
• Strong coordination with project teams and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Ensure suppliers execute purchase orders in line with contracts and quality requirements.
• Follow up on order fulfillment with suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Track progress of manufacturing and delivery of assigned scopes with real-time updates.
