Earthstream is seeking an Offshore Procurement Engineer to bridge engineering, project teams and a global supplier network. You will oversee procurement strategy from RFQ to execution at sea, shaping technical choices and sourcing optimisations for offshore projects.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical insight and willingness to travel regularly to international sites, with the head office based in Aalst, Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in offshore or cable procurement is a nice plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, commercial flair and analytical skills to guide project procurement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and safeguard the project-specific procurement strategy aligned with technical requirements, timing and budget.
• Search worldwide for suppliers, assess quality, risk and cost, and build sustainable collaborations.
• Advise project and engineering teams on equipment and spare parts selection during the award phase.
• Monitor market prices and trends and use insights in negotiations.
• Contribute to complex DBFM, D&B and EPC projects in collaboration with the project team.
• Negotiate contracts and build long-term relationships with suppliers worldwide.
