NH Brussels Grand Place Arenberg is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to lead the kitchen during shifts and ensure dishes meet Minor Hotels standards.

You will handle breakfast, meetings, and banqueting while collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Previous professional kitchen experience in hotel or banqueting environments is essential, with on-site training and development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in hotel, banqueting or conference settings.
• Ability to work independently and take charge of daily kitchen operations.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Solid knowledge of breakfast, lunch and event catering.

Responsabilités

• Organize and supervise daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and present food for breakfast, meetings and events.
• Ensure dishes meet Minor Hotels standards and recipes.
• Coordinate production and service to meet guest needs.
• Manage stock, ordering and waste reduction.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and food safety.
