NH Hotels & Resorts in Belgium is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie at NH Brussels Grand Place Arenberg to lead the daily kitchen operations during your shift, ensuring breakfast, meeting and event dishes meet Minor Hotels standards.

You will work independently while collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to deliver high-quality food, maintain HACCP compliance, stock control, and flawless presentation for guests and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in hotels or banqueting.
• Ability to lead kitchen operations during shifts with ownership.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Organizing and supervising daily kitchen operations.
• Preparing and presenting breakfast, meeting breaks, lunches, and banqueting dishes.
• Ensuring dishes meet Minor Hotels standards and recipes.
• Collaborating with F&B team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Maintaining stock levels and minimizing food waste.
• Ensuring proper storage, labeling and rotation of products.
