Granular Energy is seeking a hands-on manager to lead the Technical Solutions/Customer Delivery team and align Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You will drive delivery for enterprise clients, design integration pipelines, and implement process improvements while staying hands-on with select accounts.

The role spans client interaction, strategic changes, and collaboration across commercial, product, and tech teams in a remote-first setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementation or roles solving complex business processes from data.
• Experience managing a team with performance assessment and workload planning.
• Excellent remote communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Oversee client delivery and report project health to key managers.
• Manage the team: supervise work, dispatch tasks, plan rituals.
• Lead some implementation projects for selected accounts with support.
• Analyse client systems and design robust data/integration pipelines.
• Drive process improvements and engage customers to resolve issues.
