Expleo Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the product line strategy across energy markets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

You will own the roadmap and budget, establish KPIs/OKRs, engage with customers, partners, and regulators, and coach Product Managers and Product Owners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior or lead product management experience.
• Experience owning a product line end-to-end.
• Strong ability to define and communicate product vision and strategy.
• Experience managing a portfolio of products and making prioritisation decisions.

Responsabilités

• Define and refine the product line vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Translate priorities into clear product initiatives and priorities.
• Lead product ceremonies, roadmap reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Enable continuous product discovery, experimentation, and delivery.
• Represent the product line to senior leadership and act as escalation point.
