Granular Energy is seeking a hands-on manager to lead the Technical Solutions/Customer Delivery team, interfacing with Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You will drive delivery for large enterprise clients from onboarding to integration, while shaping processes and occasionally guiding pre‑sales activities.

Qualifications

• STEM education required and experience leading a SaaS delivery team.
• Experience managing a team and delivering complex SaaS implementations.
• Strong remote communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Implement operational and cultural changes to improve project delivery.
• Oversee client delivery activity and report health of projects to leadership.
• Manage the team: planning, workload, rituals, performance reviews.
• Lead some implementation projects for select accounts with cross‑team support.
• Identify opportunities to upsell platform capabilities and drive process improvements.
