Accenture's Industry & Enterprise Insurance team in Belgium seeks an Insurance Management Consultant to transform insurers' business through strategy, operations and technology.

You will work on Employee Benefits projects, support business development, and coach junior colleagues, with a hybrid working model and international teams.

Fluent English and Dutch or French, 3–5 years in consulting or insurance, and a master's degree are required, with strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, project management, business transformation, or related field.
• Experience and/or strong knowledge of Employee Benefits (Group Insurance) products and market dynamics.
• Understanding of insurance operating models and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

• Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
• Support proposal development, RFP responses, and business development activities.
• Coach and mentor analysts and junior consultants within the team.
• Stay up to date on insurance market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.

Join Accenture's Industry & Enterprise Insurance team and help leading insurers across Belgium and Europe transform their business to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

As an Insurance Management Consultant, you will work with leading insurance clients on strategic, operational, and technology-driven transformation programs. You will support organizations in improving performance, enhancing customer and broker experiences, modernizing operations, and unlocking the value of digital technologies and data.

A particular focus of this role is Employee Benefits (Group Insurance). We are looking for professionals who have gained experience and/or developed expertise within the Employee Benefits ecosystem, including areas such as pensions, group life insurance, disability coverage, and Employee Benefits operations.

You will be part of a dynamic consulting team delivering impactful projects from strategy through execution. Besides contributing to client engagements, you will play an active role in business development, internal capability building, and coaching more junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, project management, business transformation, process improvement, digital transformation, or a related field
• Experience and/or strong knowledge of Employee Benefits (Group Insurance) products, processes, and market dynamics
• Understanding of insurance operating models, distribution channels, and core business processes
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex transformation environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
• Strong client-facing mindset and ability to build trusted relationships
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French
• A proactive, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented attitude
