Job summary

Unilever PLC is seeking a Data Analyst Benelux to join the Customer Development function. The role covers Belgium and the Netherlands, with offices in Brussels or Rotterdam and travel 1x weekly as needed. You will lead data-driven insights, dashboards and customer journey analytics across CRM and marketing platforms.

The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI and data governance, and fluency in English. Dutch/French is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with reporting, dashboards and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Own data-related aspects and backend processes of digital initiatives and platforms (e.g., e-commerce, WhatsApp Business, Showpad, Marketo).
Monitor data flows and integrations across platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, UDL).
Act as primary contact for data-related topics within the digital landscape, including data quality and governance.
Build and maintain dashboards, data models and reporting frameworks across commercial, marketing and digital channels.
Support setup, measurement and optimization of customer journeys and campaigns across CRM, loyalty and engagement platforms.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Digital and Data stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
Collaborate with global Data & Digital teams to improve reporting and KPI validation.
