Job summary

Equans BeLux is seeking a Customer Intelligence Officer to join our Strategic Marketing Team. You will combine customer data, feedback and market insights to guide marketing and communications strategies.

You will analyse CRM data, run Voice of the Customer programmes and translate insights into concrete recommendations for campaigns and account teams. 1–3 years in customer insights and proficiency with Power BI, Excel and Salesforce are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer insights, CRM, market research or marketing analytics
• Affinity for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel and Salesforce
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Interest in customers, markets and data
• Curious and analytical mindset with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer and CRM data from Salesforce
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Identify trends, opportunities and patterns within customer segments
• Translate insights into concrete recommendations for marketing and account teams
• Monitor market developments and customer expectations to inform messaging and campaigns
