BASE is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and translate customer data into actionable insights that drive digital journey strategies across our ecommerce initiatives.

You will collaborate with the e-commerce manager, campaign teams and product managers to turn business goals into measurable KPIs, build dashboards, and empower stakeholders with clear data-driven recommendations. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, and Qlik is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with e-commerce managers to define data-driven KPIs.
• Analyze customer data to map digital journeys and identify touchpoints.
• Create and automate dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns and journeys.
