Johnson Controls is seeking an ambitious Install Sales Representative - Data Center to drive growth across the Benelux region. You will develop strategic relationships with data center stakeholders and expand the opportunity pipeline using Salesforce and Altify.

You will lead executive-level engagements, create account plans, and position JCI as a trusted advisor through compelling presentations and innovative solutions across Fire & Security and building technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in a related field.
• Proven success in technical, solution-based, or consultative B2B sales.
• Track record of achieving sales targets while managing complex relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and influencing multiple levels.

Responsabilités

• Develop executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in Benelux data center accounts.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to grow market share and pipeline.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Deliver compelling presentations and industry insights to position Johnson Controls as a trusted advisor.
• Drive early project engagement and specification influence for Fire & Security solutions.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and bid activities.
