Johnson Controls is seeking an ambitious Data Center Strategic Account Manager to drive growth across the Benelux region. You will develop executive-level relationships with consultants, contractors, hyperscalers, and colocation providers, positioning JCI as the trusted partner on critical infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in technical, solution-based, or consultative B2B sales.
• Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets with complex relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and influence across levels.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a matrix org.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and French mandatory.

• Collaborate with regional Data Center teams, sales, engineering, and delivery teams.
