Johnson Controls is seeking an ambitious Install Sales Representative - Data Center to drive growth across the Benelux region. In this strategic role, you will develop and expand relationships with key data center stakeholders, including consulting engineers, design-build contractors, hyperscale operators, and colocation providers.

You will lead strategic account plans, influence decision-makers, and position JCI as the trusted partner for Fire & Security and building technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related discipline.
• Proven success in technical, solution-based, or consultative B2B sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while managing complex customer relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French language skills are mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic relationships with data center stakeholders in Benelux.
• Create and execute account plans to increase market share.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities while supporting existing growth.
• Position Johnson Controls as a trusted advisor with presentations and insights.
• Drive specification influence and early project engagement for Fire & Security solutions.
• Collaborate with regional Data Center teams, sales, engineering, and project delivery to ensure outcomes.
• Manage opportunities and customer interactions through Salesforce, Altify, and other tools.
• Support pre-bid, bid, and post-bid activities through the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular business reviews, workshops, and strategic planning with key customers.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform strategy.
• Promote the adoption of Fire Detection & Suppression, Security, Building Automation, Energy Management, Digital Services, and Smart Building technologies.
