Johnson Controls is seeking an Account Manager – Fire and Security to strengthen the Service Sales team in Belgium. You will master the value proposition, manage long-term customer relationships, and drive compliant bids and proposals.

Fluent in Dutch, French and English, you will build networks, identify opportunities, and lead complex sales processes from qualification to close, while ensuring financial and strategic alignment with Johnson Controls standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in fire and security industry is a plus.
• Strong contract negotiation skills and cross-selling capability.

Responsabilités

• Master the Building Efficiency value proposition for customers.
• Own and direct long-term customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Identify, qualify and close large, technically complex sales opportunities.
• Create competitive, high quality bids and cost/benefit analyses, ensuring compliance with Johnson Controls standards.
• Negotiate terms affecting accounts receivable and maintain alignment with financial standards.
• Document all steps in sales tools to plan, leverage and report growth.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and coordinate with internal teams to support customers.
