Johnson Controls in Belgium seeks an Account Manager – Fire and Security to strengthen the Service Sales team. You will advise customers on Johnson Controls products, own long‑term relationships, and close large, technically complex deals to drive growth.

The role requires fluent Dutch, French, and English, plus 5–7 years of sales experience, cross‑selling skills, and strong negotiation abilities. A permanent, rewarding career with fringe benefits and company car is offered.

Qualifications

A relevant education (technical/sales) or equivalent level based on experience.
Fluent in Dutch, French & English, both written and spoken.
5–7 years of sales experience with strong customer knowledge and industry insight.
Skilled in cross selling and consultative selling across client and own teams.
Strong contract negotiation skills; financial and business acumen.
Knowledge of Fire & Security solutions is a plus; CRM forecasting experience.

Responsabilités

Advise and convince customers of Johnson Controls products and solutions.
Own and direct long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Develop competitive estimates, bids, and cost/benefit analyses.
Close large, technically complex sales opportunities for new business growth.
Ensure compliance with Johnson Controls standards and AR terms.
Document all steps in sales tools; build a network of experts and cross‑divisional support.
