Johnson Controls Belgium is seeking an Account Manager – Fire and Security to strengthen the Service Sales team and drive growth across key accounts. You will advise customers on Johnson Controls products and solutions while managing long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires 5–7 years of sales experience in fire & security, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Dutch, French and English. A permanent contract with a competitive package and company car is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French & English; written and spoken.
• 5-7 years of sales experience in fire & security.
• Strong contract negotiation skills and cross-selling ability.

Responsabilités

• Advise and convince customers of Johnson Controls products and solutions.
• Own and direct long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrate market knowledge and differentiate Johnson Controls from competitors.
• Lead identification of large, complex sales opportunities and close deals.
• Prepare competitive bids and cost/benefit analyses compliant with standards.
• Manage terms and conditions impacting Accounts Receivable and report growth.
