Dow seeks a Business Development Manager for Dow Industrial Solutions in Antwerp, Belgium or Milan, Italy. You will identify growth opportunities across Europe, engage customers and partners, and drive adoption of Dow's cooling solutions in Data Centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in business development or strategic growth roles.
• Experience in data centers, thermal management or related markets.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and translate customer needs into opportunities.
• English proficiency; additional European languages beneficial.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%).

Responsabilités

• Execute the business growth strategy for Dow's Data Center market segment within DIS.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities, partnerships and value chain collaborations.
• Build strong relationships with Data Center owners, engineering firms, co-locators, service companies, OEMs, EPCs and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, technology developments and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, product management and commercial teams to develop differentiated regional customer value propositions.
• Lead customer engagement activities and support the commercialization of new products and solutions.
• Represent Dow at industry conferences and customer events to strengthen market presence.
