• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field and strong market experience.
• 8+ years in marketing, product management, or commercial leadership in B2B.
• Experience with Personal Care ingredients or related sectors is preferred.

• Define and lead growth strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Collaborate with Sales, TS&D, R&D, Product Management and Communications.
