Johnson Controls is seeking an ambitious Data Center Strategic Account Manager to drive growth across the Benelux market. You will develop executive relationships with consultants, contractors, hyperscalers, and colocation operators to position JCI as the preferred partner for critical infrastructure projects.

The role requires a consultative, solution-based approach, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage multi-site accounts within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field.
• Proven success in technical, solution-based, or consultative B2B sales.
• Track record of achieving sales targets with complex customer relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence decisions at multiple levels.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French (mandatory).

Responsabilités

• Develop executive relationships with key stakeholders across consultants, contractors, hyperscalers and end users.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to grow market share and pipeline.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing growth.
• Position Johnson Controls as a trusted advisor via presentations and insights.
• Drive specification influence and early project engagement for Fire & Security solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Center, regional sales, engineering and delivery teams for outcomes.
• Manage opportunities and interactions through Salesforce, Altify and other tools.
• Support pre-bid, bid and post-bid activities to strengthen engagement.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key customers.
• Provide market intelligence, feedback and competitive insights.
• Promote adoption of Fire Detection, Security, Building Automation, Energy, Digital services, Smart buildings.
