James Walker in Antwerp is seeking a technically savvy Business Development Manager to drive growth in sealing solutions for oil & gas, power generation, chemical processing, marine, and heavy industries.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, understand technical needs, and lead a strategic selling approach, managing a continuous pipeline and coordinating with engineering to win new business. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and professional English required.
• Experience in consultative and value-based selling with technical products.
• Proven track record in building and managing sales pipelines.
• Ability to travel as required by the role.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop, and manage a continuous pipeline of new opportunities.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships with upsell opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Oversee forecast, budgets, and KPIs for the sales territory.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to win initiatives.
• Engage customers through multi-channel consultative selling.
