The Dow Chemical Company is seeking a Marketing Manager, Personal Care EMEA to lead growth strategies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The preferred location is Seneffe, Belgium or Antwerp, Belgium, with Milan, Italy as a possible alternative.

You will drive market insights, develop 1–3 year plans and partner with Sales, TS&D, R&D and Product Management to deliver commercial success. In this strategic role you will shape value propositions, launch products and strengthen customer

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years in marketing or related roles.
• Experience with growth strategy development in B2B markets, preferably in Personal Care.
• Strong ability to translate customer/market insights into business results.

Responsabilités

• Lead Market Management Teams to define growth strategies and optimize the 4Ps.
• Develop 1–3 year marketing plans, roadmaps and value propositions aligned with objectives.
• Partner with TS&D, R&D, Product Management and Sales to commercialize opportunities.
• Perform market assessments, competitive intelligence and customer segmentation analyses.
• Build relationships with customers and channel partners to strengthen market position.
• Lead product launches, value propositions, market introduction plans and sales enablement.
• Incorporate sustainability, regulatory trends and digital engagement into strategies.
