WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote within Greece, with a structured training program and onboarding support.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries and returns, and maintain CRM records while delivering customer-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Danish language at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2–C1 level depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
