WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The position is fully remote within Greece with a €1,300 gross monthly salary paid over 14 months, plus a bonus of up to 20% based on performance.

Daily duties include customer support via phone, email and chat; assisting with orders, payments, deliveries and returns; and maintaining accurate CRM records. A relocation package is offered.

We are looking for Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model: Remote

Language: Danish – C1/C2 level

English: B2–C1, depending on the project

Compensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Requirements

• C1/C2 level of Danish

• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
